• The Designer intern will help identify needs in training gaps, understand ways to best train non-exempt associates and look for opportunities to bring innovative ways to train into Kohls. They will work with numerous graphic design programs like Articulate rise, Storyline and video editing programs to enhance training for all associates.

• Identify training gaps for associates

• Implement weekly trainings through design programs

• Creating & Editing video/films

• Partnering in video shoots, preparation, execution, script writing

• Provide insight on strengths and opportunities for Kohl's to train associates

• Working on multiple trainings with cross functional partners at one time

• Undergraduate junior

• You like working in a fast-paced team environment

• Retail background or experience

• You have great written and verbal communication skills

• You have a passion for graphic design

Our Internship is in person at our Corporate Office in Milwaukee, WI. We provide housing AND transportation to and from the office throughout the Summer!
