• As a Factory Direct Intern, you will aid in the execution of the sourcing strategy by supporting new vendors through their onboardings, reporting on and analyzing vendor compliance, and facilitating communication with internal and external partners.

• Work with the Factory Direct team to drive global sourcing strategies for Kohl’s Private & Exclusive brands

• Facilitate partnerships with vendors through understanding of vendor compliance & performance metrics

• Support the vendor onboarding process through the facilitation of training courses, understanding of Kohl’s requirements and expectations, and ongoing solution-oriented approach to challenges that may arise

• Building / maintaining reports and presentations

• Drive efficiencies and processes between internal and external partners

• Initiate and maintain meeting agendas to drive productive conversation

• Undergraduate Junior

• Strong problem solving skills and sense of curiosity with ability to be a self-starter

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, understand how to use features such as pivot tables and formulas

Our Internship is in person at our Corporate Office in Milwaukee, WI. We provide housing AND transportation to and from the office throughout the Summer!
