As a Trend Insights intern, you will work in a fast paced environment leveraging market analysis and trend services to help evolve retail strategies and inform product design. This individual should be highly curious and motivated, always researching what’s new + next to build narratives around how product priorities will shift/evolve.
Analyze runway, trend services, and retail research to identify actionable trend priorities
Research into cultural shifts that impact consumer mindsets and the product they buy
Leverage market data analytics (i.e. Google Trends) to inform narratives around product solutions/evolutions
Shop competitive + inspirational retailers to understand the landscape and report back findings to the team
Utilize Google Slides + Adobe XD to create reports and presentations
Drive creativity and collaboration on the team, circulating a constant pipeline of ideas/conversation with manager + team
Work with cross functional teams in Consumer Insights, Brand Strategy, and Social Media Marketing to support company initiatives
Undergraduate Junior or Senior
Interested in the retail strategy sector of Fashion Merchandising/Buying
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build narratives around your research
Curious + highly motivated
