    Health & Wellness Operations Specialist-District 6 -Date:Mar 28, 2018 Location:Peoria, IL, US, 61615 Company:Kroger Department:Enterprise Pharmacy Post End Date:04/04/2018 Position Type:Employee Position Reports To:Health & Wellness Operations Manager Position Supervises:N/A Pay Level:4 FLSA Status:Exempt -Position Summary: Support day-to-day operations of pharmacies and clinics within a retail operating division. Assume overall responsibility for providing training on the technical aspects of Health & Wellness to associates in order to execute company strategies and achieve financial targets. Provide district support for all operations related functions, including labor management, waste, training, standards, facility maintenance and risk management. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. -Essential Job Functions: -Be an example for leading the Customer 1stpromise -Assist in rolling out new best practices developed by corporate team and monitoring compliance to those best practices -Provide feedback to division and corporate teams on opportunities to improve operational efficiencies -Employ scorecards (Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Reportal, etc.) and observations to validate best practices and behaviors are in place with all associates. Celebrate, coach, teach, and train where appropriate -Provide coaching, teaching and training to support action plans developed for a location -Ensure associates receive the appropriate training and are capable of resolving issues independently -Ensure associates complete all required training programs (web-based learning) -Actively work with pharmacy practice coordinators and regional clinical directors to ensure the continued development of all H&W associates -Champion the six steps to retention -Collaborate with pharmacy practice coordinators on delivering overall goals/initiatives -Support waste/shrink prevention initiatives -Support store physical inventories and investigate discrepancies -Support compliance with recordkeeping and occurrence reporting -Support new clinic and/or pharmacy rollout -Travel to assist with new clinic and pharmacy rollouts -Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation -Minimum Position Qualifications/Education: -High school graduate or GED -3 years of The Little Clinic (TLC) patient care technician experience or experience as a Kroger level 3 pharmacy technician -Strong attention to detail -Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peer groups -Excellent leadership, team building, organization, problem-solving, computer and oral/written communication skills -Proficient Microsoft Office skills -Valid drivers license -Desired Previous Job Experience/Education: -Associates degree or above or equivalent retail/healthcare experience -EasyFill Pharmacy Retail Network (EPRN) Mastery -eClinicalWorks (ECW) Mastery Leadership Behaviors:Achieves Results through Teamwork, Coaches and Develops Others, Communicates Effectively and Candidly, Executes with Excellence, Leads Change and Innovation, Leads through Positive Influence, Provides Clear and Strategic Direction, Puts the Customer First.
