Job Responsibilities: * Compile and distribute all existing Ecommerce fulfillment reports * Monitor data and report for trends, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and develop recommendations for action * Maintain/update WMS systems * Assist in the planning and coordination of building events * Maintain the GL and related expenses, including P-Card * Process invoices and submit monthly accruals to Finance team * Coordinate travel arrangements and reconciliation of expense reports * Other support/administrative duties as required Job Qualifications: * University degree or college diploma * 1-2 years of related or progressive work experience in production analysis, reporting, operations and administration * Experience in distribution operations would be a strong asset * Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.) * Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines * Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Your Life and Career at HBC: * Be part of a world-class team; work with an adventurous spirit; think and act like an owner- operator! * Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities, from retail to supply chain, to digital or corporate * A culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling work/life balance * Benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental). * An amazing employee discount Thank you for your interest with HBC.
