The Loyalty Marketing Intern will work cross-functionally on all aspects of the Loyalty Program, with a primary focus on supporting the Loyalty Team and program to help drive Loyalty enrollment, activation, engagement, retention and re-activation across all channels and Banners. Key KPIs focus on driving frequency, incremental sales, increasing share of wallet, shift market share and improve overall customer retention for all Signet Banners.

This team member will help execute loyalty program initiatives and marketing strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities across the Signet organization and Banners. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams focused on Customer journey, Promotions and Value-add, ‘Marketing, Merchandising, and in-store Operations to drive overall program success.

Responsibilities:

• Support loyalty program initiatives to deliver results for overall loyalty business objectives: customer acquisition, activation, and retention, increased sales, and customer engagement.
• Assist with loyalty and program efforts across Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, Operations, Digital, In-Store, Promotions, Email Marketing and Merchandising, and partner with external vendors to support the loyalty program and achieve the program's goals.
• Partner with loyalty program team members and stakeholders to deliver on the Loyalty program initiatives
• Execute on loyalty program promotions and other value-add benefits, including working with Legal and Marketing on all collateral, marketing, and promotional assets to ensure we meet deadlines and deliverables to drive the loyalty programs success across all Banners.
• Partner with marketing to establish any necessary loyalty specific marketing and advertising needs.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects at the same time cross-functionally and deliver within scope and schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled and pursing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar field
• Graduation date range of December 2024 - May 2025
• Strong team mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with graphic design platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. desired

Work Environment:

• Remote: open to all candidates regardless of location

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour . Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
