Job Description

Overview: This position is responsible for reducing and controlling all losses related to inventory in addition to ensuring the protection of employees, customers, and food safety. Duties include identifying and intervening in all forms of loss including shrink prevention, shoplifting, and internal or external thefts. In addition, this position is responsible for partnering with locations to ensure compliance with policies and initiatives as well as maintaining a working knowledge of asset protection company policies and procedures.

Day in the Life:

Location: Primarily in an office setting in addition to all retail locations and manufacturing facilities.

What to Expect: We pride ourselves on maintaining safe, consistent, and secure working and shopping environments. You will gain expertise in assessing, providing recommendations, and completing detailed reports on any and all safety hazards, robbery and theft incidences or prevention opportunities, as well as product integrity and safety. Overall, you will have the opportunity heighten store asset protection awareness and initiatives.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have previous experience in asset protection or related field as well as previous experience training asset protection and/or risk management in a retail setting.
