We are looking for a Marketing and Network Support Intern to join our team this summer! As an intern, you will:

• Support the Marketing Team in improving the quality of communication tools shared within the Amorino Network (15 stores all over the US)
• Support in developing and improving the organizational communications such as corporate emails and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
• Support the Training Team in setting up new development programs and objectives
• Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
• Conduct follow-up analysis of all completed training/visits to evaluate and measure results
• Monitor the reporting (mystery shopping and audit) and implement new reporting and analytical tools (Microsoft Excel preferable)
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success periodically through KPIs and reports

Studies in marketing or business administration preferable
