    _ This role is for a Chrysler Level 3 Master Technician who operates at the highest technical level. You are expected to diagnose, repair, and lead through example while supporting shop efficiency and quality._

    • Level 3 Chrysler Master Technician – Performance Expectations

    Performance is reviewed regularly. Failure to meet expectations may result in coaching, additional training, or corrective action. Consistent performance creates advancement opportunities.

    Additional Information

    ** Compensation (Hourly: Flat-rate):**

    • _ $45.00 - $60.00 / hour_ * Depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications

    (The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $45.00 and $55.00)

    ** Schedule**

    • FULL TIME
    • 5 days a week / 2 days off
    • Sundays off
