Pharmaceutical Outside Sales Representative (OSR-C.A.) Job Description Pharmaceutical Outside Sales Representative Our Pharmaceutical Outside Sales Representatives work in a dynamic sales driven environment and contribute to driving MEDISCAs sales and growth through the relationships they build with existing customers and new prospects. MEDISCAs customer service is unrivalled in the pharmaceutical compounding industry and Outside Sales Representatives play an important role in maintaining this level of service that sets us apart from all competitors in the growing industry of pharmaceutical compounding. The opportunity: Grow sales by; Meeting and exceeding sales and daily sales call targets Managing, visiting and servicing your assigned client list of existing accounts Identifying sales growth opportunities with existing accounts Prospecting for new clients and sales opportunities Demonstrating new compounding products and equipment Helping clients build their business by suggesting new revenue sources and products Using provided tools to target sales opportunities Responsible for developing and executing quarterly business plan Working collaboratively with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) ; Leverage the opportunity of having an inside sales representative to partner with in prospecting, and developing new accounts as well as servicing existing ones OSRs and ISRs support each other by providing leads referrals and strategic support Provide exceptional sales support and service by; Processing orders and following up on their status Proactively following up with clients to ensure that they always have the product they need, when they need it Travel and Trade shows; Requires travel Client visits, Market Blitz's and Trade Shows Bi-Annual Medisca Training Abide by MEDISCA's Core Values; Integrity Resourcefulness Commitment to Quality Leadership Required Skills Fluent English required (spoken & written) Ideal candidate would be memorable, dynamic & animated Proven abilities in finding and closing sales Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Required Experience Minimum two (2) to three (3) years experience in a Sales Role Experience in a field sales representative role and/or in the pharmaceutical industry would be an asset College degree (sales or science would be an asset) Why work for MEDISCA: We strive to recruit the best talent We are committed to developing excellence in all our employees We offer excellent benefit package, a competitive base salary as well as excellent career growth opportunities in a fast growing company Be a part of our winning team and take advantage of the opportunity to excel in an exciting career that helps make a difference in the lives of millions of people through MEDISCA and the pharmacy compounding industry.
