  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Develop highly complex and customized email campaigns that renders across all email clients and look the same as creative supplied
    • Apply dynamic content rules and configure link tracking
    • Quality assurance of dynamic email
    • Content change management
    • Link tracking and email deployment using proprietary email platform
    • Send and deliverability monitoring
    • Upload HTML/Text content to email platform
    • Work with account production managers in coordinating and communicating content change requests and production schedule
    • Provide error-free final list deployments
    • Meet deadlines for content publication
    • Serve as an expert on email best practices and educating others
    • Use abstract problem solving skills to address and solve unique technical problems that arise
    • Keep up with industry standards and new best practices in email development
    • Maintain advanced knowledge of list processing and be able to troubleshoot any potential list errors
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in technical setting
    • Must have current hand coding experience in HTML 
    • Experience working with email platform limitations and code fixes/hacks to resolve (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys)
    • Advanced understanding of web development tools and technologies such as CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and/or Javascript
    • Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced organizational, time-management and work prioritization skills
    • Strong bias toward action and results-oriented activities
    • Passion for learning new skills, expanding experience
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills

    THE ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS $68,000 TO $106,000. SALARY IS BASED ON A WIDE RANGE OF FACTORS THAT INCLUDE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS, AND GEOGRAPHY.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
