Job Description

The Associate Campaign Manager for a retail media network plays a crucial role in supporting the development, and success of advertising campaigns across multiple retail platforms. We ask that you are a dynamic and organized person with an understanding of digital advertising, retail marketing, and campaign management. Reporting into the Associate Director, the Associate Campaign Manager will work with the Sr. Campaign Manager and the broader sales and media teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Campaign Manager and media planning team to understand client goals and develop campaign strategies aligned with advertisers' goals.
• Client Coordination and Communication:
  • Support the Campaign Manager in engaging with advertisers to gather campaign requirements, assets, and approval processes.
  • Guide communication between the retail media network and 3rd party vendors, ensuring communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Creative and Content Management:
  • Ensure that all creative assets are delivered on time and meet the necessary technical specifications for different retail media channels.
• Campaign Execution and Optimization:
  • Support the end-to-end campaign setup and launch across retail media platforms, such as in-store displays, websites, mobile apps, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales, media, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and understanding of our goals.
  • Work with retail partners to maintain relationships, explore new opportunities, and resolve any issues related to campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, retail marketing, or campaign management.
• Familiarity with retail media networks, platforms, and digital advertising trends.
• Proficiency in campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and Excel (can maintain spreadsheets).
• Project management skills, with the ability to handle simultaneous campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
• Contribute to campaign brainstorming and improvements.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and retail-specific marketing strategies.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
