    Job Description

    The Operational Biller is responsible for fulfilling the billing and cost accounting requirements for projects, including day-to-day interface with commercial finance personnel.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    - Billing: Create and maintain billing schedules. Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing in accordance with client requirements/contractual provisions. Review tax application where applicable.
    - Revenue Recognition: Recognize revenue in accordance with the set-up of the project within the system.
    - Costs Tracking: Tracking and recording of all project related costs.
    - Month End Close: Execute on all month-end responsibilities within expected timelines. Ensure all revenue and related expenses are accurately posted to projects prior to the end of the month. Review and maintain balance sheet accounts (WIP, deferred, unbilled, etc.) for respective projects.
    - Reconciliations: Reconcile all project activity and other assigned balance sheet accounts.
    - Reporting: Distribute standardized reporting to assist business teams with client and project management
    - Other Ad hoc Projects and Requests
    - Member of the Operational Finance team.
    - Close working relationships with commercial finance and business team members.
    - Close working relationships with internal finance team including A/R, A/P and Tax departments.

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
