Vikings Rewards Intern Minnesota Vikings 7 reviews - Eagan, MN 55121 Full-time, Internship The Vikings Rewards Intern will assist the Loyalty Program Coordinator with fulfillment of rewards and manage the day to day inventory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fan engagement, providing excellent customer service and educating our fan base on the benefit of our loyalty program. This is a full-time internship with a start date in June, 2018 and will extend through the end of the football season. *Local Minnesota candidates only. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provide service support to Vikings Rewards members over email, phone calls, and in-person ? Oversee merchandise order fulfillment including maintaining reports, packing boxes, calculating postage, managing inventory, and maintaining a warehouse space ? Track feedback and communication from members ? Support the maintenance of the Vikings Rewards website and other related technologies ? Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives with various departments, vendors, and partners ? Assist with supervising the Vikings Rewards game day and event staff QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: ? Previous customer service experience required ? Current enrolled as a junior or senior in college or a recent grad ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail ? Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ? Required to work a flexible schedule that will include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays ?
