Human Resources Coordinator - MORSCO Support Center MORSCO Human Resources Coordinator - The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties within the West Region. Carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and recruitment. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the following: -Manages onboarding/off boarding process -Employment and compliance, regulatory concerns and reporting -Employee orientation -Policy development and documentation -Employee relations -Maintains human resource information system records - inputs new hires, terminations, and -employee status changes -Supports talent acquisition initiatives -Process verification of employment and unemployment requests -Working knowledge of employment laws, OSHA standards and other applicable regulations Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other discipline combined with relevant work experience -3-5 year of experience in an HR role -Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands -High level of discretion and confidentiality -Experience with HRIS a plus (Workday) -Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills -Basic computers skills, including spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), presentations (MS PowerPoint) and email (MS Outlook) -Have the knowledge of State and federal employment laws - Preferred Job Expectations The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the following: * Manages onboarding/off boarding process * Employment and compliance, regulatory concerns and reporting * Employee orientation * Policy development and documentation * Employee relations * Maintains human resource information system records - inputs new hires, terminations, and employee status changes * Supports talent acquisition initiatives * Process verification of employment and unemployment requests * Working knowledge of employment laws, OSHA standards and other applicable regulations Time Type Full time At MORSCO, our commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
