JOB PURPOSE:
This position oversees NAPA’s wholesale customers. A person in this position increases commercial sales by acting as the primary contact for wholesale customers, sourcing necessary parts, and creating a superior customer experience.
DUTIES:
Keep good relationships with NAPA wholesale customers.
Generate sales through proactive customer calls.
Monitor commercial sales performance.
Achieve sales goals.
Coordinate business plans with the Store Manger.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable and willing to become ASE certified within first year.
3+ years parts experience preferred.
Able leader.
Buyout and sourcing knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to lifting 25 pounds.
Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for entire work shift.
