As a Retail Coordinator you will primarily be focused on increasing retail sales and store profitability by delivering a superior customer experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this position; any post-high school or technical training is helpful, especially in automotive or repair industries. Previous experience in a Retail environment is desirable. A person in this position, must demonstrate ability to merchandise product creatively to drive sales, influence at all levels, and lead a team
PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:
A person in this position must able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift and capable of lifting and moving parts weighting up to 60 pounds. Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (ten feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
