JOB PURPOSE:

The Stoe Manager of NAPA Paint is responsible for overseeing the operations of NAPA Genuine Paints. The person in this position drives growth through leadership that promotes NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.

DUTIES:

Build good relationships with customers.

Maximize store sales.

Connect store operations to NAPA's mission.

Lead and coach retail team.

Identify opportunities for growth.

Focus on customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Someone with vision and ability to build sales.

Valid Driver’s License required.

High school diploma, or equivalent, required.

Previous management experience preferred.

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to lead teams to achieve goals.

Sound decision making skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.

Ability to move heavy equipment.

Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
