_ Job Summary:_

The New Car Lot Porte r supports the sales team by maintaining organization of new vehicle inventory, managing key control, and assisting customers throughout their dealership experience.

This role plays a vital part in keeping operations moving efficiently while ensuring vehicles and customers are handled with professionalism and care.

_ Job Duties and Responsibilities:_

• Move, stage, and park new vehicles to maintain an organized, customer-ready lot display.
• Retrieve, track, and store vehicle keys with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Assist customers face-to-face by directing them to appropriate sales staff and supporting vehicle deliveries.
• Provide transportation for customers as needed, including local drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, nearby lots, auctions, or offsite storage.
• Pick up purchased vehicles from auction and ensure proper intake upon arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the new car lot, showroom entrances, and display areas.
• Follow all safety policies and immediately report any vehicle damage or incidents to management.

Qualifications

_ Requirements:_

• High energy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, especially in key management and vehicle handling.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight spaces and various driving conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods of time.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements, including drug testing, background check, and MVR.

_ Preferred Qualifications:_

• Previous automotive dealership or porter experience.
• Interest in pursuing a career in automotive sales or growing into a sales role.
• Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.

Additional Information

** Compensation (Hourly):**

• $18.00 / hour

** Schedule** :

• FULL TIME
• Sundays Always Off
• Saturday Availability Required
• Sales Floor Hours: * Monday - Saturday: 9am to 7pm
