    Chromalox Inc is a $220 million international electric thermal solutions business with an ambition to double in size over the next 5 years through organic and acquisitive growth. Recently acquired by the Global Spirax Sarco Engineering Group ($1.5B Annual Revenue/ $8B Market Cap), Chromalox is transforming it’s business model from selling electric heating products to providing advanced thermal solutions while integrating with another Spirax Sarco acquisition of Thermocoax, a France-based thermal electric heating business. These business actions require transformational change of the organization in terms of sales talent capability, organizational culture, and sales results.

     As a core member of our digital marketing team, you will use your combined background/skills in both marketing and technology to guide the technical decisions and implementations to execute marketing campaigns to ultimately improve the sales/marketing funnel even further.

     

     

    Required Skills

    MARKETING & WEBSITE ENGINEERING

    • Lead and manage new website project from start to finish
    • Develop landing pages for ad campaigns, email marketing templates, and websites off of templates (using SiteCore)
    • Website updates including: Add new pages to websites, content updates, plugin/theme configurations
    • Customize marketing technology products and website implementations with light software development using skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
    • Perform data privacy, security, and compliance reviews of marketing & website technology products

    MARKETING & WEBSITE ANALYTICS 

    • Setup dashboards & reports
    • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues
    • Implement conversion tracking, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and making recommendations for more advance implementations
    • Strategic technical approach to tracking analytics to align with sales/marketing goals
    • Analyze customer data and determine changes needed to improve the data
    • Monitor data quality within marketing technology products within campaigns
    • Planning and executing content & data migrations, looking for opportunities to automate the process
    • Present on relevant technical topics on internal/external status and reporting meetings

    MARKETING OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION

    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact across groups
    • Integrate marketing technology products with each other and non-marketing systems
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate business terms for purchasing marketing technology products internally and externally
    • Ensure proper setup of internal tools used for campaigns to ensure a seamless coordination, communication, and project management between cross-functional teams in public relations, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Marketing or related majors
    • General knowledge of digital marketing practices like inbound marketing, search engine optimization, content marketing and digital advertising.
    • 4+ years of marketing technology experience or related areas
    • Has led new website launches from beginning to end
    • Interest in the subject matter and ability to understand complex technologies and explain them in accessible, compelling terms
    • Ability to think strategically and use technology to achieve goals/objectives 
    • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication skills
