WCS Business Systems Analyst - NALC NIKE INC 5,748 reviews - Memphis, TN Nike is looking for a highly motivated, self-directed candidate to fill our Intermediate WCS Business Systems Analyst role in support of the North American Network of Distribution Centers. Working hand in hand with our Business, Warehouse Management Systems, Operations, Maintenance and WCS Vendor teams, you will ensure the smooth operation of our WCS systems and facility. You will receive business requirements and turn those into project plans, designs, functional and technical specifications, test scripts and implementation plans, as well as perform, document and sign off on complex testing activities to validate changes prior to their promotion into production. This role also includes troubleshooting and effective communication on varying degrees of production support severity issues with your business, operations, maintenance, IT and vendor partners with an ultimate goal of minimizing downtime and impact to Nikes revenue. As you develop, maintain and ensure standards, processes and policies are in place and adhered to within the department you will also work closely with North American IT personnel and management to provide input with regards to status, change management and suggestions for improvements to standards, processes and policies. Partnering closely with your WMS counterpart, you will provide knowledge transfer of WCS and also receive knowledge transfer of WMS, being the face of WCS to the business and operations teams.
