To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide making the impossible happen every single day.Description As the Supply Chain Performance Management & Project Management Analyst in the North America Market Place Operations Direct Stores Performance Management and Analytics team, you will assist the Operations Managers in successfully delivering metrics data in support of projects and process improvements. Youll provide metrics to improve on-time and reliable delivery to our stores, exceeding consumer expectations. Youll also help utilize metrics to guide operational process improvements. These metrics will involve collection of data from SAP, MS SQL Server, Cognos, Teradata, and Excel into simple and meaningful graphs to track performance & support core team/leadership communications. You will work directly with the project teams to provide the metrics data needed to build out project updates, Leadership Team decks, & quarterly imperatives. The ideal candidate will have skill in collating & analyzing metrics data in simple and meaningful ways, visualizing data to inform business decisions, balancing multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration while expressing passion for Nike Directs fast-growing business. Qualifications -Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Business, Computer Science or related field. Three additional years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree. -Tableau experience and intermediate Excel required -Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization skills; demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency and strong drive for results -SQL experience strongly preferred -Strong metrics data experience -Project management experience -Acumen for problem-solving -Strong collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of a large team in the delivery of a common goal. -Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high energy, collaborative, and innovative environment. -Alteryx, R experience a plus Qualifications -Minimum 3 years of analytics work experience -Minimum 1 year of supply chain-related work experience -Demonstrated strength collecting, analyzing, & summarizing metrics data using Tableau (or other data visualization tool), SQL, SAP, and Excel -Expertise conceptualizing, designing, and building data visualizations -Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources -Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities -Cross-functional project team skills, self-starter and accustomed to driving for results with limited supervision NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
