POSITION: Onboarding Data Intern REPORTING TO: Onboarding Project Manager LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA - Please do not apply unless you are currently based in Los Angeles and able to work from our office in Westwood! DATES: August 15th - October 31st 2018 THE OPPORTUNITY Ready to make your mark? We are looking for a motivated Data Intern to assist our Onboarding Team with a special project for NuORDER. The Data Intern will be a full time role for two months with an opportunity to extend or be considered for a full time role within the company. As part of the Project Onboarding Team, youll have a rare opportunity to get to know many aspects of both the Software (SaaS) and fashion wholesale industries as you work with our platform and understand the customers business. If you love logic problems, Excel, learning new technologies and helping customers successfully get from A to B, then this could be the job for you. This is also an ideal position for someone interested in a project management or business analyst career path. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Onboarding Project Manager to help manage customer setup on NuORDER Analyze & manipulate data in Excel per NuORDER requirements Help Onboarding Project Manager coordinate project timelines and deliverables with customers, providing regular updates to internal team members Learn how the NuORDER platform works and help support customers on basic questions and troubleshooting if needed QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: BA/BS or equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: Entry level-1 years experience in a data driven role, or degree in an analytical subject and a good understanding of logic and data sets Must love Excel with at least intermediate proficiency youll be using it every day (knowledge of advanced formulas a plus!)
