As an Offsite Backroom Team Leader, you are responsible for the overall operations in the designated offsite for your store; including but not limited to instocks, data integrity, safety and compliance. Execute established offsite best practices and ensure safety and security processes are up to standards including Backroom, Equipment and Warehouse Driver certifications. Assess, recommend and retain top talent at the hourly team member level and proactively communicate staffing and scheduling needs to the HR team. Stay current on your store's financial, team and operational performance; identify the root cause of problems and take action to achieve performance goals.
