• Gain experience in data analytics by identifying and gathering necessary data, identifying trends and patterns while picking out signals from the noise.
• Assist in project management by participating and leading the planning and management of a project.
• Draft operational correspondence/documents and assisting in the preparation of needed documents.
• Exposure to the special events function by assisting with the support of banner special events focused on raising event awareness, preparedness and success through increased sales.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Operations leadership team.

• Pursuing undergraduate program in business, retail management or a business-related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 & Minimum of one letter of recommendation from a college professor or manager/executive in the business field.
• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of computers and Microsoft suites. Strong oral and written communications skills.

Work Environment:

• Fulltime (40 hours/week) Summer Internship.
• Ability to commute to Akron, OH as required.
