We are seeking a driven, solution-oriented, and self-motivated individual interested in starting or continuing a career in operations within a fast-paced startup environment.

We're looking for an Operational Associate to work part time (15-20 hrs/week) in our Kirkland home office/garage warehouse to drive the overall operational aspects of our business. The role would involve packing and cleaning toy boxes, maintain a high quality of operation discipline, customer service, plus generally ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Additionally, as a small company, there are always unexpected things that crop up.

-- Responsibilities --

• Packing boxes of toys for kids
• Assist in cleaning toys – returned from customers
• Ordering and stocking supplies
• Keep the working areas organized, stocked, and tidy
• Working with the co-founders to process invoices for PO or credit card payment.
• Assist in sustaining an organized inventory system within warehouse
• Read, write and communicate well in English
• Good driving record and ability to navigate throughout the Puget Sound – occasionally need to pick up boxes from local customers
• Develop and propose improvements to processes for the above functions
