• Gain experience in people management by learning to motivate and engage a team, address team member concerns and removing hurdles to operational success.
• Deliver a superior customer experience by building experience in guest engagement, problem-solving and resolution.
• Assist in operational excellence by spending time on the store sales floor amongst team members and aligning the team on daily business priorities.
• Build leadership by working alongside a Signet store manager to gain insight on the skills needed to lead a high-performance team.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Field leadership team.

• Pursuing undergraduate program in business, retail management or a business-related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 & Minimum of one letter of recommendation from a college professor or manager/executive in the business field.
• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Work Environment:
• Fulltime (40 hours/week) Summer Internship
• Ability to commute to Akron, OH is required.
