Re-write and/or update company policies and procedures as needed within HR files and companys intranet. * Coordinate exit process for departing employees. Conduct analysis and propose actions when appropriate. * Assist in the development and delivery of the performance management process. * Create and participate in the delivery of corporate wide and executive presentations. * Perform general HR related tasks and ongoing projects and initiatives as needed. * Help test, document, implement, and provide end user support for HRIS systems as needed. Research recruiting and talent related functionality. * Maintain Companys social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. Education and Certifications Bachelors degree in business management, communications, marketing, human resources management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
