You will be involved in quite a few programs that may include Compensation, Benefits Compliance and other HR Programs for the corporate relocation to the Seaport. Your Team You will work with a cross functional group of Human Resources professionals in a global environment. Most of your time will be spent with the Global Benefits and Compensation teams. Your Day-To-Day Youll work closely with the HR team. Your role will work on programs related to both Compensation and Benefits. Your role will involve researching best practices, understanding legal compliance, identifying resolutions to problems, and planning. The programs may touch on different aspects of the employee experience, such as compensation, benefit programs, global mobility, compliance, HR initiatives and mergers and acquisitions.
