Otterman St Business Title Engineering Intern PTC Org S&D - Sales and Distribution Job Description for Advertising Purposes Engineering Intern As an engineering Intern in this role, you will be part of the Virtual Center of Excellence team which is responsible for providing technical expertise and demonstrations of PTCs market leading engineering and Internet of Things (IoT) software solutions. Responsibilities include leveraging these solutions to build custom AR experiences from CAD data, building IoT based connected product demonstrations, and producing 3D printed parts in support of sales opportunities. These cutting edge solutions include the ThingWorx Internet of Things platform, ThingWorx Studio Augmented Reality solution, and Creo Parametric solution with direct 3D printing capabilities. Our solutions are currently in use at Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Boeing, Disney, and Amazon to name a few. The person in this role will develop a deep technical knowledge of our solutions and engineering processes across multiple industry verticals including Medical Device, Federal Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, and Commercial / High Tech.
