Region The Americas Subregion North America Country-City USA-Boston Business Title Segments Intern PTC Org SPL - Solutions and Platform Job Description for Advertising Purposes Segments Intern (Summer 2019) The Segments Intern will engage closely with a cross functional team of Product Managers, R&D, Marketing, Customer Success (Professional Services and Technical Support) and Cloud Services on the delivery of PTCs different software platforms. This will also include close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of the CAD, PLM, ALM, SLM, IoT, and Augmented Reality platforms. Day-To-Day: The Segments intern will be involved in a variety of different activities including, but not limited to: * Attending cross functional team meetings to plan the release and go-to-market activities. * Develop technical marketing assets (demos, datasheets, technical and marketing overview presentations, best practice documentation, etc.) for the launch of the solution to the market. * Work with PTC customers who will be involved in a Beta program to test drive the solution prior to the release of the solution. * Learn PTCs product suite in your area of focus * Help drive product development and product road mapping * Market research for competitive intelligence Preferred Skills and Knowledge: * Programming skills in different languages: Java, Javascript, C, C++ * Understanding of business strategies in a technology environment * Communication skills across to variety of different stakeholders (internal, external, engineering functions, business functions, leadership teams, etc.) Basic Qualifications: * Must be enrolled in a business or technical specific degree program * Strong interest in emerging technologies Job Req Number 30292BR Why Join Us PTC culture is one of excellence, innovation, empowerment, and caring about our customers, communities, and employees.
