You will be involved in our key initiative called Brains and Passion. We are looking to hire, onboard, develop, and grow the best and brightest talent at PTC. You will be part of making that happen. Your Team You will work with a cross functional group of Human Resources professionals in a global environment. Most of your time will be spent with the Organizational Development team. Your Day-To-Day Youll work closely with the HR team. Your role will involve researching best practices, identifying resolutions to problems, and planning. You will help evolve our job postings to be more exciting to candidates while reflecting our culture. You will assist in our world class management development program by tracking the program and making updates to content as needed.
