    Location: Pandora store in Mt.Pleasant Towne Centre

    Our Sales professionals are our brand ambassadors, and the essential link between our products and our customers. Coached by the store management, our sales team lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of the product and brand. The store teams shape the look, feel, and atmosphere of their store.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

    • Influence and increase sales in a one to one selling environment
    • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, UPT, ADS and productivity
    • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs
    • Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience. This includes the PANDORA history, production process, values, trends and best sellers
    • Encourage customer loyalty- discussing upcoming collection launches, obtaining customer data
    • Assisting with product and POS deliveries
    • Complete PANDORA online training modules to develop yourself as a PANDORA team member
    • Lead by example; coach and trying newer members of the team
    • Be a brand store ambassador by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance
    • Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company policies and procedures
    • Provide an environment of continuous learning and growth with regard to Pandora product, sales and service
    • Monitor inventory control to achieve “zero” shrink, ensuring a culture of honesty and high integrity
    • Represent the brand in a positive, exciting way

    ASM/SALES LEADS/KEY HOLDER: minimum 2 years in retail sales with extended responsibilities

    • Ability to coach and lead sales associates to meet store goals
    • Be dependable and flexible to work some evenings and weekends
    • Outgoing and friendly
    • Be a leader
    • Trustworthy to handle deposits, safe, and opening and closing of store
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

    SALES ASSOCIATE: minimum 1 year in sales or customer service

    • Friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills
    • A positive, "can-do" attitude, an individual who enjoys working as part of a successful team
    • A drive to succeed and meet sales goals
