What you’ll be working on:

• Manage all inquiries and general customer service needs through Zendesk.
• Act as a liaison between potential buyers and international distributors.
• Aid in the development of marketing content.
• Partner with 3rd party warehouse to manage and fulfill customer orders.
• Provide office administrative support by shipping products, taking part in sales/team meetings, scribing notes, and developing agendas.

Complete and collaborate on ad-hoc assignments as requested. This includes but is not limited to the following:

• Researching environmental regulation, relevant competitors, industry trends, etc...
• Creating customer service response templates.
• Crafting company memos.

• Demonstrates the ability to succeed with limited supervision and in a timely fashion.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Comfort operating in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Zendesk.
• Some experience in marketing or administration is preferred.
• Shopify and social media experience is a plus.
• Must provide your own computer.
