Dental Depot DFW is not your typical dental group. We are growing quickly, investing in marketing, and building a brand that stands out across the DFW area. With five established locations, we focus on delivering excellent patient care while creating a strong, recognizable presence in every community we serve.
We are looking for someone who wants to be a key part of that growth and take real ownership of marketing execution.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full-time marketing position.
You will be the person making things happen across all five locations. From content creation to campaigns to community events, you will keep marketing moving daily. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to see the direct impact of their work.
You will work closely with leadership but will be trusted to manage your responsibilities and bring ideas forward.
What You Will Own
Content and Social
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Create and post content that feels authentic and engaging
- Visit offices weekly to capture photos and videos of team culture, patients, and procedures
- Turn everyday moments into content that connects with patients
Paid Ads and Campaigns
- Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Assist with Google Ads and campaign strategy
- Execute promotions and seasonal campaigns across all locations
- Manage email and text campaigns through CareStack
Brand and Creative
- Design flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva
- Maintain consistent branding across all offices
- Help bring new ideas to life for promotions and patient experience
Community and Events
- Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Represent Dental Depot in the community
- Work with office teams on grassroots marketing efforts
Performance and Growth
- Track key metrics such as new patient growth and campaign performance
- Analyze results and adjust strategies
- Bring ideas to improve marketing and help the brand stand out
What We Are Looking For
- Someone who takes initiative and follows through without needing constant direction
- Creative but understands that results and growth matter
- Comfortable being in offices, interacting with teams, and capturing content
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Interested in growing into a larger role over time
Requirements
- Experience managing social media for a business
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Canva and basic video editing experience
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and performance tracking
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events
