Join our team at Pet Supplies Plus in Lafayette, IN, as a Retail Associate where your passion for pets will shine! You'll play a vital role in providing exceptional neighbor service and ensuring our furry friends have everything they need.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and knowledgeable neighbor service to pet owners.

Assist neighbors in selecting products for their pets' needs.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Restock shelves and manage inventory to keep products readily available.

Process transactions accurately at the cash register.

Educate neighbors on pet care and product benefits.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Support special promotions and events to engage the community.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a passion for animals.

Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.
