    On Site Construction Project Rep Wanted - Travel Required Pivotal Retail Group 28 reviews - Atlanta, GA THIS POSITION REQUIRES 100% TRAVEL The role of the On-Site Project Representative is to act as a liaison between the client and the project stakeholders to manage elements of major retail remodeling projects. Projects may vary by store or region, based on many market factors and variances. Core responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: * Schedules and leads project Punch Walk with store manager, district manager, and/or project contractor and/or labor team * Clearly reviews scope and goals defined by the AutoCAD store plan and reviews each item for validation as a part of the Punch Walk process. Validates the project elements for completion, deficiencies, and possible variances from stated project scope * OSPR inspects site and reports on project status, based on the scope of work slated for the location; and notes areas with defects and opportunities for improvement * Acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with client and stakeholder representatives related to the Punch Walk process their project elements. * Typical communication takes place in-person, by email, or by phone * Completes reporting by location to support findings and ensures proper communication to all stakeholders so proper action can be taken to support remedy and closeout * Ensures the timely completion of various reporting and administrative responsibilities * Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure collaboration and support the success of the projects * Provides leadership, motivation, direction, guidance, and support necessary to achieve company, client, and program objectives * Communicates daily via email and phone with client and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and that there is transparency with the OSPR areas of responsibility * Travels to site locations as dictated by schedule and project needs. Travel will typically be within a defined territory, but may vary as needed * Works to clearly articulate recommendations to ensure role is supportive of the client efforts and ultimate creates process improvement. Aggregates best practices and create processes by which the entire team can benefit from * Conducts regularly scheduled conference calls with client and stakeholders to ensure communication is clear and project remains on track ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Adheres to company policies and procedures * Acts as a leader representing Pivotal Retail Group, the client, and stakeholders * Maintains a positive and respectful attitude

    • Consistently reports to work at assigned locations on time and prepared to perform the duties of position * Any other duties that may be assigned as related to the job or company needs QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree; or the equivalent of three to five years related retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience * Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, basic presentations, and conduct effective meetings and conference calls * Strong time management skills * Great interpersonal and influencing skills * Ability to use prudent judgment and cognitive decision making capabilities for the best interest of the company, client, and stakeholder * Strong leadership competencies are essential * Ability to drive and have valid drivers license and insurance as deemed necessary for the position * Must be able to travel 100% of the time ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
