POSITION SUMMARY

Pivotal Retail Group is looking for a detailed driven experienced remodel fixture person, to work with a small team closing out stores that are being remodeled. This would include shipping back fixtures, POP and other materials. The Field Deployment Specialist will sometimes work as part of a small team setting POG’s, fixtures, and merchandise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform Quality Control of the work preformed

· Communicate daily with Field Operations Manager regarding progress of shipments and any issues.

· Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments.

· Ensure the job-site is always kept secure, safe, clean and organized

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DOING MERCHANDISING, REMODELS AND FIXTURE INSTALLATION.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year forklift experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Access to reliable transportation (not shared).
• Smart phone.
• Must be flexible to work any shift that includes a complete eight (8) to ten (10) hours and overtime as required.
• Must be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment panel drug screening.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess an acceptable driving record.
• Must be dependable and possess a positive attitude.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Must provide the following equipment:

• Gloves
• Tool Bag
• Basic Hand Tools

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, reach with hands, fingers and arms, as well as speak and hear clearly.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to high.
