The CRM Analytics Consultant will bring predictive modeling skills and direct marketing channel experience to the Marketing Analytics team at Publix. Through customer profiling using a broad array of databases and data mining tools and the development of complex algorithms used to describe our target customers, the Consultant will provide CRM analytical solutions to support strategic decisions across the organization. Additional responsibilities include: * project management of the process for developing analytical solutions regarding customer demographics, habits, motivations, etc. into actionable tools and recommendations * maintain established data and analytical software as well as service supplier relationships * utilize Alteryx and Salesforce software to glean insights and make appropriate recommendations Req ID 7488BR Hours of Work Minimum of 45 hours per week.
