Job Description Details * Responsible for Sample request creation, monitoring and preparation for two major milestone events. Proto samples for Buying/Design sample review meetings as well as TOP samples to ensure timely processing to merchants and onto Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain delivery flow. * Data Analysis to support Direct Import programs at a vendor partner level to inform vendor strategy. Assist with Monthly data update for Direct import volume for QVC USA as well as QVC Global market $ volume. * Work with Internal Departments to ensure products are being processed and ready for their air date. * Assist in garment costing process and negotiations for items/programs. * Communication with overseas offices and vendors. * Strategic problem solving, Tactical problem solving and general calendar management issues. * Creation of Standard Vendor Meeting document template. Scheduling all Direct Import Vendor meetings that arise during the program. * Responsible for daily office functions (e.g., filing, faxing, copying).
