Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Quality Systems Manager leads the ISO program across all Red Wing Shoe Company locations, ensuring certification continuity and compliance. This role oversees the accuracy of Quality Systems Procedures, completion of required training, and directs a team within the Quality Department to maintain and evolve quality systems. The position also manages quality-related software and training, collaborates cross-functionally to assess supplier performance, and provides data reporting and analysis across all sites and suppliers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university and five years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
