JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing program. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day email marketing process; executing daily email sends, generating email segments and mailing queries, tracking and reporting on performance, and creating engaging, revenue-generating email campaigns. You should understand data integration into/out of Email Service Provider; need strong technical expertise and an ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Internet Operations, Creative, Analytics). Ability to design and have experience in HTML coding to create dynamic and responsive email layouts.

We are a lean/agile team, you must be willing to roll-up-sleeves, dive in, and be the operational expert. We are looking for someone who is opportunistic, analytical, creative, and empathetic to become an integral contributor to Rally House's growth.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the planning and execution of email campaigns and other assigned CRM projects (Rally Rewards/Loyalty)
• Oversee the email process cycle: manage the marketing department email campaign calendar, data entry of email calendar, customer segmentation, analytics tagging, pre-deployment testing/quality control, deployment through Listrak platform, and back-end analysis
• Accurate entry and continued maintenance of email database; responsible for 2021 marketing priority to grow the email marketing database
• Review operating practices and procedures to determine where optimizations for improvement can be made and manage the implementation of these changes
• Understand data integration into/out of ESP.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to ensure project outcomes align with marketing priorities and messaging is consistent across all marketing platforms
• Explore industry insights and the competitive landscape to understand how to improve customer segmentation, creative elements, and the latest email marketing strategies/techniques/tools.
• ·Own Listrak; research and resolve any issues
• Evaluate customer data and create campaign targeting, segmentation, and testing by using past analysis and data mining techniques
• Review, decipher and interpret all analytics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
• 3-5 years experience within Listrak, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience working with multiple business units and managing internal marketing team needs
• Strong organization, time management skills, and takes initiative with the sense of ownership
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
