Our MBA RL Inspire Internship program is focused on developing, mentoring and coaching talent with 2 - 3 years of work experience that will work alongside our teams with the opportunity to join our company upon graduation.   Our MBA internship program will provide you with an opportunity to work on strategic and complex assignments that will help enhance your competencies and skills in a fast-paced, dynamic, international corporate environment. MBA interns will work in a hybrid work environment and have exposure to the following areas: * Direct to Consumer * Digital * Finance * Global Strategy & Business Development * Global Marketing and Strategy * Product Innovation * Sustainability * Supply Chain As an RL Inspire MBA intern, you can expect: * Ownership of a cross functional, strategic end to end project with your fellow MBA interns that is top of mind to our Global leadership team and aligned to our strategic business priorities: drive targeted expansion and lead with digital * A group presentation before our Executive Leadership team at the completion of their internship on your strategic project * An assigned senior leader who will act as both a project sponsor and mentor for the length of the summer * Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company and senior leadership * Leadership development and mentoring opportunities with seasoned executives * To make a difference as a volunteer as part of the Ralph Lauren Gives Back Program To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren MBA Internship position, applicants must: * Be authorized to work in the United States with no requirement of sponsorship * MBA candidates with one year left to complete your degree (graduating in summer 2023) * 2 -3 years of work experience, including projects with complex scope in a dynamic environment * Show a demonstrated interest in the retail industry and a passion for the Ralph Lauren brand * Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships internal and external cross functional business partners to effectively make an impact on the business * Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences including successfully presenting to multiple levels of an organization * Ability to think strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems * Champion of Diversity & Psychological SafetyEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRalph Lauren is embarking on a multi-year Transformational journey to Digitize the Value Chain, which will reinvent the way we work by leveraging our talent and creativity with the latest innovations, lean processes, data-driven & implementing modern technologies. The Program will consist of Centers of Excellence teams across 4 Tracks: Product Transformation, Supplier Collaboration, Supply & Demand Alignment and a Data team that will consist of a hybrid of talent with business, technology and analytical experience. Supply Chain Process Transformation: * Understand the strategy and vision for Ralph Lauren's multi-year journey to Digitize the Value Chain and work with the Supply/Demand leads to deliver experiences around Supply Demand matching. * Drive engagement with Subject Matter Experts / Change Advocacy Group / User Community that provide guidance for the phases of DVC project. * Understanding the prioritization, sequencing, deliverance of new capabilities throughout the program * Capture & document business processes into detailed workflows, including functional & data requirements in partnership with Agile team * Review Business Process Maps and identify shifts in current to future process. * Supports Capability Design sessions to advance business process and technology solutions across the organization * Understands IT project delivery and collaborates with stakeholders and IT to ensure the fitness of solutions Change Management and Communication: * Assist in developing and implementing an integrated Change Management and Adoption strategy and plan; Validate work completed to date, develop, socialize, and execute against clear change management strategy that maximizes employee adoption, usage, and minimizes resistance. * Partner with Change Management lead to define curated change management activities depending on business impact, level of change, and process impacts * Provide input to change management activities: training, communication, and Hypercare support * Sponsor and support Change Agent communities to support adoption * Partner with teams to communicate change messaging through vendors & internal/external stakeholders * Define & create communications required by feature in partnership with CM lead and product owner * Interpretation of User readiness and User satisfaction maps and survey results. * Review Business Process Maps and identify shifts in current to future process. Ability to understand current process maps and help teams define end-state process, showcasing impacts and what's changingExperience, Skills & KnowledgeSupply Chain Process Transformation: * Business experience in Supply Chain/ Supply & Demand Planning * Demonstrate a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution development * Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with strong ability to work on multiple tasks -Be comfortable with ambiguity and suggesting bold new ideas to improve processes * Excellent ability to communicate and translate complex concepts to IT and Stakeholders * Participated in business transformation projects and strategic initiatives * Familiarity with agile delivery concepts is a plus Change Management and Communication: * Ability to understand current process maps and help teams define end-state process, showcasing impacts and what's changing * Experience in developing change management plans * Experience owning project delivery & communicating results * Demonstrate a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution development * Change Communication -Strong written and verbal communication skills aligned to project/change rollout * Demonstrate a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution development
