Our MBA RL Inspire Internship program is focused on developing, mentoring and coaching talent with 2 - 3 years of work experience that will work alongside our teams with the opportunity to join our company upon graduation. Our MBA internship program will provide you with an opportunity to work on strategic and complex assignments that will help enhance your competencies and skills in a fast-paced, dynamic, international corporate environment. Our internship will run from Monday, June 6th through Friday, August 12th. MBA interns will work in a hybrid work environment and have exposure to the following areas: * Direct to Consumer * Digital * Finance * Global Strategy & Business Development * Global Marketing and Strategy * Product Innovation * Sustainability * Supply Chain As an RL Inspire MBA intern, you can expect: * Ownership of a cross functional, strategic end to end project with your fellow MBA interns that is top of mind to our Global leadership team and aligned to our strategic business priorities: drive targeted expansion and lead with digital * A group presentation before our Executive Leadership team at the completion of their internship on your strategic project * An assigned senior leader who will act as both a project sponsor and mentor for the length of the summer * Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company and senior leadership * Leadership development and mentoring opportunities with seasoned executives * To make a difference as a volunteer as part of the Ralph Lauren Gives Back Program To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren MBA Internship position, applicants must: * Be authorized to work in the United States with no requirement of sponsorship * MBA candidates with one year left to complete your degree (graduating in summer 2023) * 2 -3 years of work experience, including projects with complex scope in a dynamic environment * Show a demonstrated interest in the retail industry and a passion for the Ralph Lauren brand * Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships internal and external cross functional business partners to effectively make an impact on the business * Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences including successfully presenting to multiple levels of an organization * Ability to think strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems * Champion of Diversity & Psychological SafetyEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis role will focus on work surrounding Connected Retail, which enables associates and customers to engage and transact in new ways inside and outside the store. The role will interact with a broad range of performance partners on the strategy and analysis of the implementation of new ecommerce solutions. This role will work with our IT teams as well as our full price and factory retail operation teams. Store of the Future Strategic Analysis • Assess current Store of the Future capabilities and planned enhancements • Understand both the consumer and associate digital in-store needs and expectations • Evaluate competition and vendor solutions to further refine the SOTF strategy • Identify future opportunities to enhance and optimize the SOTF experience • Evaluate the existing Store of the Future roadmap to identify and prioritize additional opportunities to support longer term visionExperience, Skills & Knowledge• Experience post undergraduate in strategy and ecommerce consulting • Strong interest in Fashion & Luxury • Strong executive presence, outstanding communication, and formal presentation skills • Self-starter capable of working independently • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change • Excellent analytical skills; Able to synthesize data into insightful information • Attention to detail; Accuracy • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience driving projects through to completion • Ability to own and manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines; Strong time management skills
