Job Description
We’re looking for a Reconditioning Technician who knows how to turn used vehicles into lot-ready inventory quickly and correctly. If you’re a solid tech who takes pride in quality work and wants the stability of a union position , we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Inspect and recondition incoming pre-owned vehicles.
Perform brakes, suspension work, fluid services, tune-ups, and general repairs.
Diagnose basic mechanical issues and complete needed repairs.
Bring vehicles up to dealership safety and quality standards.
Document inspections and repairs in the service system.
Work with the service and recon team to keep inventory moving.
Qualifications
2+ years automotive technician or recon experience.
Strong mechanical skills (brakes, suspension, maintenance, light diagnostics).
Experience with Honda or import vehicles is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
ASE certifications or manufacturer training preferred.

(The Recon Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $26.40.)
Role is a union shop and benefits/retirement is through the union.
