Red Wing Shoe Company is excited to announce our 2023 Internship Program! The program is designed to offer you meaningful work that will prepare you for your career. You’ll get to see first-hand how our corporate teams develop strategies and practices that support our retail and manufacturing partners, and customers worldwide.

This position will offer a hybrid work structure. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Red Wing, MN as you’ll be working on site 1-2 days per week. Standard work hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm; Friday 8:00am-1:00pm.
Compensation is $20/hour.
