Job Description
This role is a Hy flex work arrangement: Approximately 1 day onsite per week in Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week.
Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. is growing! We are looking for a Contract Analyst to join our Sales Operations & Enablement team. This is a great opportunity for someone with contract review, drafting, and legal experience to support Red Wing’s diverse sales teams while mitigating risk to the company.
The Contract Analyst will be a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders relating to contract compliance, drafting contracts and amendments, and adherence to corporate Menu of Services, SOPs, and operation policies. This role will help identify opportunities for improvement in the contracting process and systems while ensuring scalability and speed to market in support of compliant customer facing sales contracts/agreements.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate or JD. Minimum of 3 years’ experience negotiating and reviewing a broad range of agreements, with a working knowledge of data privacy and security issues related to technology and data transfer.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of the contracting process from negotiation through execution, preferably in goods or materials purchase agreements. Experience with General Services Administration contract administration is a plus; Detailed oriented with strong negotiation skills, and possess the ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal skills and professional oral and written communication skill; Ability to communicate with diverse people at all levels of an organization, internal and external teams, and stakeholders, and be versed at developing effective relationships and partnerships via collaboration; Technology adept, with excellent software skills, including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce.com and Contract Management Lifecycle (CLM) tools **** highly preferred.
