Qualifications

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field. You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred, but a combination of practical experience and education will also be considered.

Certifications

You must obtain and maintain a current ServSafe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion.
