NOTE: This role is based out of Red Wing's headquarters in Red Wing, MN, with a HyFlex work model that blends in-office work availability with remote flexibility. The candidate must live within a commutable distance to Red Wing, MN to maximize collaboration, efficiency, and community.
Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Retail and Fleet Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations, Direct to Consumer team. This role will support Retail (Red Wing Shoe Store) Channel Operations initiatives and objectives, assisting the field team in both retail brick and mortar, and mobile shoe truck and company owned and leased fleet vehicle operations. This role will support and monitor business processes to ensure compliance and accuracy, while identifying and providing operational efficiencies.
