The Risk Management internship program is designed to expose interns to all areas of Kohl’s Risk Management Program. Interns will engage in an overall risk project while participating in a rotational experience with the Safety, Risk Financing, Claim Management, Environmental Compliance and Business Continuity Teams.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new programming for Risk Management Customers
• Make recommendations while conducting program execution audits
• Analyze key performance measure to evaluate vendor, claim, and operational execution
• Create and analyze trend models to identify loss leaders
• Predictive model analysis to determine human behaviors
